When you complete a scenario review or request form, we collect: your first and last name, email address, and phone number; your veteran status; the state where the property is located; your current first mortgage balance, an estimated home value range, and your current interest rate band; the amount of debt you are looking to address; your stated goal; and any notes you choose to write. We also record whether you checked the consent box, the page you submitted from, and the time of submission.
We do not ask for and do not want your Social Security number, date of birth, account numbers, or copies of documents through this website. If you later work with us on an application, that information is collected separately through a secure process and is not governed by this page.
We use Google Analytics to understand how the site is used, which sets cookies and records pages viewed, time on page, approximate location derived from IP address, and device and browser type. Our forms record which steps you completed.
If you arrive from an ad or a link carrying tracking parameters, we record those parameters so we know which source the visit came from. This includes standard campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers from Google and Meta.
The site loads fonts from Google’s servers, which means Google receives your IP address when a page loads. The site is served through Cloudflare, which processes requests and provides security filtering.

We do not sell your phone number and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing.
We use what you give us to respond to your inquiry, review your situation, and discuss options with you. We use the automatic information to understand which content and which sources bring people to the site, and to keep the site working.
Your information is stored in Attio, our customer relationship management platform, which holds it on our behalf under its own security and privacy terms.
When you ask us to look at a specific scenario, we share the details necessary to price it with Focus Home Mortgage Inc. NMLS #2769672 and, through them, with lenders who may be able to fund it. They receive what is needed to evaluate the transaction and nothing more.
We use Google Analytics as described above, and Cloudflare to serve the site.
We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email or call using the contact details below and we will respond promptly. Note that if you have an application in progress, some records must be retained to meet lending and recordkeeping obligations.
You can turn off cookies in your browser, though parts of the site may not work as expected. Google offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics.
We keep inquiry records for as long as needed to work with you and to meet legal and recordkeeping obligations, then delete them.
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
